Today I weighed in at 253!

I know most of it is all water weight and stuff but man, it feels nice. Let’s GOOOO.

GOOD STUFF POST

- I have a bike to ride now! It’s my cousin’s but he never uses it so now I’m going to go for little rides and I’m so excited.

- My preworkout didn’t make me sick today! I’ve noticed when I take this specific brand it makes me want to throw up. Not sure what’s up with that but let’s hope that bad feeling doesn’t creep up later.

- I made a new IG page! For some reason IG is easier for me to keep up with??? Follow me at @fitpunx_

- I went to the gym, did a mile and some weight lifting, I feel great.

Today’s calorie count came in at 1288.

Started my day with black coffee and a vegan protein bar.

Lunch was baked szechuan style chicken breast and lo mein. I’d never used that sauce before and I’m still not sure how much I like it.

Dinner wasn’t the best but I got turkey on wheat from subway.

Let’s shoot for better tomorrow.
