hows week 3 going in my great lock-in of fall/winter 2025
The past 3 weeks I've been meal planning, and going to the gym 3x a week. I wake at 5am on weekends, and I read a chapter a day of The Idiot by Dostoevsky.

I found out that instead of shopping like my mom would for 4+ people in the house, I should shop like I'm only buying food for myself.
That meant no more buying $200 worth of groceries every 2 weeks just for it to spoil because I can't eat that fast by myself.
I actually plan my meals for the next couple of weeks, long enough for when that food will last in the fridge.
I chose one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner idea plus snacks. My dessert is usually sparkling water and I would do fast food on weekends.
I've been more conscious of adding fibre to my diet. I think fibre helps me stay full but less bloated. It also really helps my...bowel movements...which i really appreciate i feel my healthiest when I'm doing it at least once a day.

After every meal I've been tracking with the Lose It! app. I've been into meal tracking ever since I binge watched Secret Eaters.
I've been stuck at one weight for such a long time, so maybe I thought I'd look to see what my diet really looked like.
It also helps me be more conscious of my eating because I don't even want to have a record of me binging eating three days in a row and stuff.
So I recently started the gym and I'm at the stage where I'm going consistently and actually like it.
I go at 6am so I can get free parking (it's in the city) and I'm out by 7am.
Mon: leg day, hip thrusts, rdls, russian split/rev lunge, hip abduction/cable kick backs
Wed: upper body, one arm rows, lateral and front raise, shoulder press, cable row, lat pull downs
Thur: core & cardio, youtube calisthenic ab routine (growing ananas) and 45 mins elliptical
Sat: full body at home pilates
My only issue eating when I wake at 5am to go to the gym, I never have the appetite. I think I'll try:

I've been taking progress pics at the gym. It's nice to see a more visual change to my body and feel like I'm literally sculpting it.
After a lower body workout I take a pic, and I'm like okay now tomorrow I'll do my ab work out to really get snatched and now I'm excited to come back tomorrow.
It may be slowly leading to body dsymorphia but on the other hand it really boosts my self confidence, seeing my image and actually liking it.
Now I need tips on how to take those gym thirst traps.
