I honestly would love to go to like a beginner lifters class, just like an introductory session. At my school the boys got taught how to use all the weights correctly and safely and the girls were never taught it and I don’t even know what weights I should use and I’m scared I’ll hurt myself or damage something or just embarrass myself if I ever try it
