The land, the water, the sky The land, the water, the skyĀ The land, the water, the sky The land, the water, the sky
ā¶Direct action gets the goodsā
@unbossed
Thanks! I see Iāve already liked this so Iām sure this is where I heard it.
If you are finding that prolonged isolation and confinement to a single living space are having a a severely detrimental effect on your mental and physical health, perhaps I can interest you in some PRISON ABOLITION
i accept that i need 8-9 hrs a night to feel well rested i accept that no matter what, i need a morning ritual, including coffee+breakfast i accept that i need to exercise at least every other day
i accept that i cannot do anything if i ignore my basic needs and that i am more sensitive and susceptible to fatigue and exhaustion and melancholy than a lot of ppl seem to be. i am delicate but that is ok.
Still tru
Went to the Aboriginal artifact exhibit in Chicago. And itās interesting. How many blankets and masks and totem poles say āunknown sourceā, because every five seconds my mom would stop and point to something and say. āPaulineās grandmother made that,ā or, āThat belongs to Mikeās family, I should call himā because. Itās all stolen
āThese artifacts were excavated by archaeologists from a burial site in the 1970ās. The remains were returned for reintermentā Okay cool, cool cool. So you just, like. Dug up the grave of a respected family member, stripped them naked, mailed their body back to their family and kept everything they were lovingly put to rest in. Like a graverobbing bastard
Reminds me of the time when of the elders from my hometown started touching a totem pole in the Museum of Anthropology out at UBC and got yelled at by the staff, only to tell him that the pole had been stolen off of the front of her bighouse when she was ten years old.
Museum collectors did the equivalent of kidnapping a family member when they were away fishing.
The Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act requires all institutions that receive federal funding to repatriate remains and artifacts so if you can identify the source of something on display absolutely get a hold of that instituteās repatriation office
Tony Hawk lands a 900 at age 48!

G.O.A.T
I love how he showed how many times he failed though, thatās inspirational for people out here trying to learn
i love that heās still doing this
i also love how he fuckin RIPS HIS HELMET OFF AND DESTROYS IT
i love that victory slide
Are we gonna pretend he didnāt just banish that helmet from this dimension on camera??
He sent it to the fucking shadow realm
Tony Hawk is the best because he found something he loved, then pursued it, kept working at it, and kept challenging the boundaries.Ā He didnāt let the younger dudes take it away from him and push him out of what he loved.Ā Heās relevant BECAUSE he loves this so much that even nearing 50, heās taking these falls and putting in this work to do something just to accomplish it.Ā Other skaters might pull sicker tricks but Tony Hawk will never be irrelevant.
the only adjectives in the english language:
1. tender
2. feral
3. horny
for your consideration
Why is Jesus Feral
- Killed a tree because he was angry that it didnāt give him fruit when it wasnāt fruit season
- Destroyed a bunch of tables and chased the owners with a whip
- Blew up and then acted like he didnāt know nobody (Mark 3:33)
- Yelled at his followers for interrupting his nap to let him know their boat was about to sink
- Healed a blind man by spitting on him
- Explicitly ordered his followers to steal a donkey for him
And thatās just the highlights from Mark.
āWhy is Jesus feralā
*me, having read the bible* um the boi he wildĀ
