20 weeks ago I met with my coach for the first time because I decided that I wanted to do a bikini comp. for the first 4 weeks i continues to “bulk” aka no cardio and eat as much as I wanted, and 16 weeks out is when I actually started to “cut”
The picture on the left is 20 weeks ago. 178 pounds and 26% body fat. The picture on the right was yesterday. 152 pounds and 13% body fat. I step on stage in 5 days!
I want to have a disclaimer: my current body is NOT something I can maintain long term. I’m simply getting to the lowest body fat to step on stage and then it’s back up in weight and fat. Losing this much weight and body fat is NOT something you should do for shits and gigs, it is for competition!! Please don’t look at my pictures and say “I want to look like her” when I’m doing quickly for a competition,and not for a “summer body” be realistic in your goals and your methods.
