I think social media keeps bombarding us with content that makes it almost impossible to realize that we can be happy even without trying to seek romantic love at each step.
I have been single after years and the process is quite lonely. Not just because I lost the person i love, but also because so much of the content we consume tells us that we are meant to be unhappy if we don't have romantic love.
It makes me so clueless as to what to do if not lament over not having someone to love.
So I'm going to try and document how I learn how to prioritize myself, and not make finding a lover at the centre of my life.
It could be new hobbies, work, exercise, anything except trying to look for a rebound.
let's hope for the best 🤞
