So I stalled all last week and I'm pretty mad about it. Weighed myself and I was exactly the same as last week, down to the ounce. I measured myself and gained 5 inches. So idk what's going on. I think I overdid it at the gym, I was burning the same amount of calories as I was eating and I think my body just decided to hold onto the fat. Also, Aunt Flo has been in town and she hates me, so I think the added inches may just be bloating. Regardless, I feel shitty and like a cow. Decent week this week! Lost 4 pounds and 12 inches! I'm probably just being hard on myself but I feel like it should have been more. I also know I didn't get all my fluids in this week, so that's got me a little down. But overall I'm happy!

This weeks meal prep! I baked three chicken breast. One is plain, one is taco, and one is pizza. I also baked a few pork chops! And to go with I have squash and zucchini! So each meal is 2oz protein 1oz vegetables. I ran out of squash and zucchini so some days I will have the sweet peas. Idk if you can tell but if you look at my eyes you can see one is puffier than the other. And the whole left side of my face is red. Apparently I’m have a mild allergic reaction to some of my face wipes… it was red last night and woke up to extra red and swollen this morning. But on the plus side I am officially down 25lbs in 3.5 weeks! Under 300, and loving it! I haven’t been this small since middle school. MIDDLE SCHOOL. It’s so awesome. This tool is so amazing and I’m so blessed and grateful to have such an easy go at it from the beginning! Buttttt with all that said, let’s talk about the restriction I’ve got this morning… omg. So this morning I woke up and was like I’m going to cook 2 eggs for breakfast and try to get at least one a half down, because I usually eat one and am full to the top. And I’m pretty sure I’m supposed to be getting in about 2oz at one sitting now, but I struggle to get one still. So I cooked two eggs, sat down to eat and the restriction was so real this morning that I took two bites and that was it. I was done. So I guess I won’t be getting in two oz any time soon lol. Sorry this was so long, I just had a lot to share!
