At komme op til coach, alex / @healthhub.dk og se, at det der med en sundere livsstil faktisk betaler sig var en ret sindssyg oplevelse! Min fedt% og fysiologiske alder er begge faldet og muskelmassen er steget 💪🏼 og det er ikke engang kun vægten der giver gode tal! Centimeterne fortæller mig også at jeg bl.a har tabt 2cm i taljen, 4,5cm under brystet og 2cm omkring låret?! JATAK!! --> Om der har været nedture? JA!!
