“...Ah. I knew I forgot something.”
Big big news!
You all have probably noticed that for a long while now art has only been traditional. Well, this is because my tablet of three years finally gave out about 6-8 months ago. Since then, I’ve been keeping my art alive in pencil, but it is just so monochrome.
But the news! Your lovely mod here was informed her parents ordered her a new digital drawing tablet for her birthday! Yes, me!
KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS?
DIGITAL ART WILL BE COMING BACK!!!
Yes yes yes yes yes yes
I am so so so so so excited! While my queue is still up and running my traditional works, you can expect some more colour on your dash in not too long!
Eeeeee!
OOC: Two things in this post:
this ask blog is coming back :)
and that this is my art blog if any of you want to look at it!
subzerochimera replied to your post “subzerochimera subzerochimera replied to ooc: It’s Atlas’……but...”
seriously you are awesome I love all the art you've been doing.... I should seriously think of doing a megaman ask blog, I already do a xenoblade/telethia one...
ooc: I haven’t even done much on here lately, but thanks! Tumblr’s not been nice to us role players... So I’ll probably be working on my ask blog more.
Ask blogs are a commitment, my friend, but if it’s what your heart desires, I would love to see it become a reality!
I have many asks i need to finish myself on my ask blog for Atlas, now that i have found my tablet... I will likely be working on this later today. Otherwise, my art is on my art blog.
Anyway, ask blogs can be tiring and hard work depending on what art style you commit to, so take into consideration if you wish to update every certain day or what not, especially if you have more than one. But make sure you have fun B) there’s no point otherwise.
Good luck!

subzerochimera replied to ooc: It’s Atlas’...
…but seriously, bashful Atlas is adorable and OHGODS you didn’t hear me say that!
ooc: did someone say bashful fan service? no? well i dont care here it is anyway B)
subzerochimera replied to ooc: It’s Atlas’ Birthday today!
happy birthday so far you terrifying tomboy ;D
...I’ll take that as a compliment. Thanks.
alandria7 replied to ooc: It’s Atlas’ Birthday today!
Oh, nice to know!
I didn’t think anyone cared. Heh. It’s nice to be wrong for once.
ooc: It’s Atlas’ Birthday today!
ooc: yaaaaaay
ic: It’s... A decent day so far.
Why do you say reploids and humans are bugs when you also qualify as one of them. Pls no f#%king excuses. Tell me why you are better than any other bug. IS IT JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A MODEL W FRAGMENT?
A lot of you bugs underestimate my skills. There’s so much more here than just a fragment of Model W. I don’t need excuses. You need to open your eyes.
So you’re shiny. Big deal.
That doesn’t make you special.
Oops... I forgot about this place, huh.
((OOC: Back to your NAC shenanigans, real soon!))
Attack on W
Fefnir understood exactly what Aeolus meant - it was an event that would disrupt the time-space continuum more than it likely already had been by their mere presence in the past. The Guardian realised that this was not the time for questions, and thus, he nodded to the green clad male in agreement.
Atlas’ admission about chasing whatever it was themselves made him frown in thought. He was not keen on the idea, at all, but what other choice did he have, lest his actions well.. destroy time or something?
Time travel wasn’t exactly his point of call after all as far as knowledge went.
He nodded to Atlas and then glanced at Harpuia once, before he turned back to Phoenix, “Magnion, can you direct our human friends to the place where the mechaniloids dissapeared?”
The phoenix huffed, “yes, I can show them where they were last seen on the horizon.”
"Alright then," he looked at Harpuia, and back to the human duo, "how about you go with my subordinate? That way should something amiss happen, you’ll have some kind of protection other than your ‘megamerges’."
He didn’t know a great deal about their powers other than the humans had some of his and Harpuia’s. But, how strong were they, really? Could they compare to the Generals themselves?
Somehow, Fefnir doubted it only because 1) they were human and 2), their signatures were quite weak.
"If this event has not happened yet, then it is probably for the best that Harpuia and I remain out of it," he looked at his sibling, and another more pressing thought occurred to him… one that he didn’t like so much, but it had to be done, "not to mention… that direction heads towards the Resistance base. We should let Blondie know about what’s going on, I suppose."
His tone of voice made it clear he wasn’t liking the idea any more than speaking of it verbally.
Harpuia was not liking this.
He wanted to object to the humans going alone. What if just them and Phoenix was not enough? He was not sure how much stronger their human companions were when on their ‘megamerge’ with these biometals of theirs. He did not know of their capabilities, and therefore did not want to imply they would not be strong enough to hold their own, but by the same token he was worried.
However, if it was truly something Fefnir and he should not see or know, then it was really the only choice they had. Hope for the best, and that if the humans had handled this ‘foe’ before, they could do it again.
If it was even the one Aeolus seemed to think of.
He sighed, nodding to Fefnir. “You are right… however much I may dislike this, it will be best if we stay out of this. At least, until what it is has been confirmed.” He then turned to the humans. “Survey the scene, then. It is truly the best move we can make at this time.”
He was not liking this one bit.
Especially because-
"Of course. We must let the Resistance know." He said in agreement, and rubbed his temples somewhat. Well, what he COULD rub, considering the positioning of his helmet. It was more akin to pinching the bridge of his nose. "If they have a confirmed sighting, it could help us determine what it is."
Ah, he was not liking this at all. The more got involved, the messier this whole ordeal became.
Aeolus glanced at Atlas, giving her a very faint and stiff nod before turning back to the reploids. They should check it out themselves, to be sure, before they involved anyone else-
The plan was shot out the window when Fefnir decided that Phoenix should go with them, and Harpuia posed no objections. He could have yelled in frustration, had he been of lesser self control.
At least Harpuia had mentioned marking the map, which would be useful for a solo investigation. Now the problem lied in making Phoenix go away or at least avoid making contact until they gave the all clear. It would be… difficult to convince a reploid to let the ‘weaker’ humans do the work, he was fairly sure.
Problems, problems and complications. He sighed quietly, but took what he was given. It seemed Harpuia and Fefnir would busy themselves with alerting a certain someone, and he was sure he knew who it was.
"I suppose this is where we part ways, although I’d have… preferred it if we went alone, just in case." He did, however, bow his head as he stepped back a little. "But I can understand why Phoenix would come with us, and we gratefully accept his help." He gave Atlas a /look/. Let him do the talking for now.
He would wait for Phoenix to either mark the map or lead them out so he could follow, at least. For now, he’d have to play along and potentially expose this reploid to Model W. The last thing he wanted to do.
He needed to warn Siarnaq of the turn of events… and so he clicked his comm and spoke to it as quietly as he could.
Taking Aeolus’ nod as a sure fire yes, only to have the reploids overhear and speak of an implied escort... The woman let out a small sigh through her nose, not at all pleased with this. All she had wanted was to have her map marked. But to have Phoenix go with them? That ticked her off. If they really couldn’t handle it, they’d go back! They’d have to, there’d be nothing else in their power to do, so why was it necessary for the reploid to come with them on their first outing?
Atlas frowned a tad as her colleague spoke of their departure, soon looking over to Aeolus with distaste in his words. What was he even talking about? Phoenix’s so called help would be anything but helpful!
She had opened her mouth to speak when he’d then given her a look, effectively sending a message across, one that was enough to have her think twice on speaking out. ‘Oh, I see.’ He wanted her to keep quiet. Perhaps he planned to deal with this, somehow.
Lightening her expression, Atlas gave him a slight nod to say she understood, before returning her quiet gaze to the reploids before them.
It honestly bothered her that she was giving him command, if only just a tad. The woman still wanted her map marked. The location of this sighting, this Resistance she vaguely recalled, all info that they could give. It’d help her wrap her mind around the situation better, but Atlas knew not to get her hopes up.
It didn’t seem likely now that this map’d be of any use for a while. Hoping dearly that it’d be possible to ditch this flashy bird with an excuse or something, the soldier gripped the map in her hand just a tad bit tighter.
‘Don’t mess this up,’ Atlas thought.

It’s morning right now. Model F is still offline…so it’s quiet. I have a feeling he’ll stay this way all day…
I’m not sure what to say, really. I guess I’ll start with plain facts.
I had another nightmare last night. A horrifyingly bloody one. I was awfully upset. …I even cried. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that. Not sure when the last time was. But…rather than shake it off, I blurted out my feelings on the matter to Model F.
So…we talked. Mostly, he consoled me in my regret. …Guilt, actually. He told me a lot that I don’t remember in full clarity, but… I’ve decided I’m going to try and come to terms with the past. I made my mind up last night.
I don’t know how I’m going to do it. I don’t even know where to start. But what I do know is that I have to try. For my own sake. I’m only hurting myself…
Maybe when Model F wakes up, I’ll ask him about it. We’ll see how I feel later.
For now… I’m off.
End Log.
