last song? nocturno a rosario -chalino sanchez...i was obsessed with norteño a few months ago and i just love the sound of his voice

currently watching? not a big tv watcher but i was re-watching a bunch of old louis theroux documentaries i've already seen before the other day

currently reading? stuck in a non-fiction rut. need to get back to reading fiction but working my way through facism and social revolution by rajani palme dutt, philippine society and revolution by joma, tip of the spear by orisanmi burton, and just finished post-scarcity anarchism by murray bookchin and re-read imperialism: the highest form of capitalism by lenin yesterday.

current obsession? free food!!! all the free food orgs near me have a surplus of tomatillos for some reason and theyre soooo good. made salsa verde and pozole yesterday. i was especially proud of the pozole because it was 99% free ingredients...the aforementioned tomatillos and white onion from the free food pantry, canned chicken/hominy/tomatoes from the street, veg broth from i made from vegetable scraps months ago.

theres a spot by my house that does free hot meals and massages (!?) and i stopped by on my bike ride home from the gym and they had tri tip, rice, veggies, beans, salad, and dessert. i came up to ask for dessert after finishing my plate and the person serving asked me which one i wanted....i guess i hesitated for too long because they loaded up a plate of one of each for me!!!

currently working on? getting back to doing the stuff that makes me feel good. i've been chasing comfort rather than happiness recently and i need to move away from that

last internet search? skrillex...me n my friend were sitting by the creek drinking sparkling water and talking about skrillex lore. apparently his parents are both scientologists

favorite flower? clover...me n my roomie walked past a spattering of it yesterday and it was buzzing with little bees :)
