Lebih sayang sama diri sendiri. (Emotionally & physically)

Start doing things for yourself and not for others, but don't forget to appreciate the people in your life as well. Jangan terlalu banyak self-sabotage and be more dependable on yourself. Rawat diri, perbanyak ibadah, be bigger than your fears. Kalau bisa, jangan terlalu ngerepotin orang lain, tapi juga jangan malu bertanya. Inget, jangan males juga. Buang sifat-sifat yang jelek, paham sih memang semua sifat itu karena kamu trauma, tapi ayok, mau sampe kapan gini terus? Mau sampe kapan self-sabotage? Be more confident about yourself and your skills. Dan juga, be kind, but not to an extent where people use you.

Also, if you're lonely, it's okay to seek out companionship dimana pun itu. Yang penting nggak toxic, dan gak banyak membawa masalah di hidup lo yang udah ribet itu. Cari yang healthy. You deserve it. Nggak usah malu melakukan hal yang baik buat diri lo.

Dapet kerjaan.

Be bigger than your fears. Perbagus portofolio. Ikhtiar, tawakkal, Allah nggak bakal ninggalin hambanya yang sudah berusaha. Capek? Pasti. Gapapa, pelan-pelan aja. Jangan maksain buat segala sesuatu cepet. You're still 24, you have time until the end of the year.

Leave people where they at.

I hope you stop worrying about everyone leaving you. If they want to leave, let them. Tuhan bakal ngasih yang lebih baik lagi, yang lebih cocok buat kamu. Jangan overanalyze everyone's intentions on you. Yang penting kamu udah tulus. Hidup di dunia itu emang berat cobaannya.
