Who’s gonna stuff me full of large quantities of gas- and constipation-inducing health foods because I’m “starting to look a little tubby”?

Nothing against giving your feedees junk foods, but I would love to see some health food stuffing (verging on force-feeding). Especially if the feedee isn’t used to eating lots of beans, greens, and fibrous foods. Kilos and kilos of leafy greens, legumes, and whole grains though will back you up pretty quickly — especially if you’re not used to it. Maybe you undercook the cabbage or brown rice slightly to add to the effect. Later will just be uncontrollable farting in the middle of a pretentious, expensive health food store. 🥕🥬🫘
