“I got room in my truck if you wanna watch this one with me? It looks great!”
“I mean, if you’re sure? I don’t want to impose!”
( &. open to all )
“Oh yeah! I got a strike! In your face!”
“Okay, does it count as a strike if you bowled in the wrong lane?” Amber asked with a laugh.

Amber: Why are skeletons so mean?
Amber: (It took me like twenty minutes to think of this joke okay don't ruin my day by knowing it :P )
“They better not just have one or two, I’ll be pissed. Once the sun starts to go down, they should start playing horror movies somewhere.”
“I’m sure they will. Are you a big scary movie person? I haven’t seen any in a while. Since, like, the first Paranormal Activity, I think.”
“Why can’t you be both? I definitely think Bubbles would dig working at a flower shop.”
“Y’know, she probably would. But I feel like being a PowerPuff Girl would be a full time gig on steroids? Like, bad guys don’t stop after an eight hour shift.”
A hand left Amber’s side, reached up and softly framed the right side of her face. ”If you insist, then maybe I should go…” Andrea teased, knowing fully well she wasn’t leaving this spot. Here in Amber’s arms had nothing on the rest of the world around them. An errant thumb caressed her cheek as Amber spoke once the kiss broke. “Shhh, you talk to much.” Andrea muttered as she connected their lips again.
“Oh, no, no, no,” she warned, keeping Andrea close. “Now that you’re here, you’re not going anywhere.” Amber grinned against her girlfriend’s lips, deepening the kiss. She had missed this, and, after all the rumors that had surrounded Andy and her infidelity, it was nice to have her here and all for herself.
“It damn well should be. I will legit drop out of college right now and join you. All we would need is a Buttercup and a little Chemical X.”
“My girlfriend could be Buttercup-- except that’s kinda weird since the girls were sisters. Right? But yes! Be my Blossom, Tara Bear.”
“So are you gonna come over or not?”
“Yeah, yeah. Of course.”
Pressing pause on finding a suitable answer, Andrea smiled into the kiss. Her hands settled on either side of Amber’s waist. “I’ve missed you so much,” she whispered against her lips before she eagerly resumed kissing Amber with fervor. Eventually pulling back, Andrea finally began to answer her question. “Let’s see,” she hummed thoughtfully.I may or may not have ditched the last leg of the tour. They think I have a flu or I’m dehydrated– can’t recall which excuse I used. Doesn’t matter though. I’m here with you, flower princess.”
“Of course it matters,” she murmured, resting her forehead against Andy’s. “Your band is important to you, babe. I’ve missed you so much, but... you shouldn’t be here. You should be in-- where was it? Houston?” Her nose brushed against her girlfriend’s as she kissed Andy once more. “Gosh, I can’t believe you’re here.”
“It’s a franchise Amber, a series of movies. Shit.”
“...Oh.”
“… That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. But. Fine. There’s some film festival shit on anyway, so we can have our own.”
“Shh. I’d hardly call watching one movie together a film festival of our own, you crumb.”
Andrea held back her excitement and laughter as she stealthily approached her girlfriend from behind. Without missing a beat Andrea’s arms stretched out to encircle the other’s waist. “I call dibs on Buttercup.” Andrea whispered, punctuating the statement with a kiss to the curve of Amber’s neck.
Amber jumped as someone put their arms around her, but as soon as she heard the familiar voice-- the one she’d only heard through broken up phone calls and shitty-quality FaceTimes, the biggest grin spread across her face. She spun around, throwing her arms around her girlfriend’s neck. “What are you doing here, Andy?” the blonde asked, leaning forward and pressing her lips to the other girl’s.
“Probably but you’re missing the point.”
“I’m like a pencil; always have the point. Let’s watch it, then. You can explain this... warrior boot thing to me.”
“I’ve seen it like ten times this is your fault.”
“You’re a child.”
“Amber do not….”
“Don’t give me that look! You’re, like... the only person I see movies with, and you saw that one without me.”
