A sneak peak to my new, up-coming Megmillan fanfic…

It sounded idotic- Father, the thing I have been hiding from you is my feelings toward a girl. Yes, Father would disapprove. Maybe he would forbid Evan from seeing her. People use you, Evan, he would say. They lie and they scheme and abuse your power. Nothing is more important in this world than your own ability and your business. That’s where your power comes from. If you rule your heart and your business with an iron fist, nothing can touch you. There should be no distractions.
