Sometimes I do genuinely forget I'm a system, and I usually get reminded when I hear someone else speak even though I'm alone, which scares me A LOT. I wish I didn't have to deal with this, and I hate the person that was the main source of my trauma with all my heart.

I am genuinely on the verge of losing my mind. I can't get through to host's friend at all, it's starting to frustrate me a lot. Pretty much everytime we talk, we end up having the same conversation that we've had about a million times.

This is lowkey just a vent post, uh, read at your own risk I suppose...

It's rare for us to post any sort proper vent post but we are in such a horrible situation at this point, and we are all collectively unsure of what to do about it. I'm not sure why, but our internal aggressor has began threatening us with serious, physical harm (ex. knives to the throat, taking a large amount of medication...) and occasionally does harm us by cutting/burning. This is genuinely terrifying for all of us and we are unsure why he's doing that, or what the cause behind it is... We need help but it's so inaccessible to us at the moment, we've been on the wait list for therapy for around 3 years now, and the longer we wait, the worse he gets.

Yeah when you're actively going through a traumatic situation then it's bound to happen considering that, y'know, we have a trauma-based disorder... If we could, then we would 100% prevent this. None of us like splitting, but it's not exactly controllable considering our current circumstances.

Our Hermes is a dick I HATE HIM. I mean c'mon. My first interaction with him was ANNOYING. Everytime I tried speaking to him he just went "huh" LOUDER EACH FUCKING TIME.

And after he yelled full volume, I shouted back "WHATTS YOUR NAME" because at the time I didn't know who he was, and he casually goes "Oh I'm Hermes, you don't have to yell though I hear perfectly fine"..

Like are you serious right now. Hermes this was my first impression of you and I HATE YOU!! -Felix
