As for Sharp and his height, is it safe to assume that, since no height is confirmed, can one draw him as tall as they want? So long as he is the tallest, or close to the tallest shown?

He does have a "canon" height but he's a papyrus in the end, laws of physics can be broken for the sake of it being funny.

In Undertale, Papyrus gets exhausted at the end of his battle, and his liar brother falls asleep at the end of his battle, so that's why Short Fell passes out here. He pushed himself too hard in the moment and passed out, Fell isn't worried because he didn't take any dmg.

Also Undyne's line "Wouldn't be as fun without you!" is because Papyrus isn't in the next game har har har /cries
