I found out that my specific nhs practice is known throughout the region for being the best for trans ppl. its completely accidental, im there because its two streets from me, but its good to know i dont have to worry at all about shared care for hormones :) the gender clinic doctor seemed genuinely relieved seeing what my gp was.

i feel kinda guilty though i didnt even realise how easy they were making things for me up til now? They're really good at preferred names and pronouns whether youve done anything about it legally or not and ive never had to explain transness to a doctor. havent been nearly grateful enough ik other trans ppl in the uk are fighting their own doctors at every step
