im on assassins quest now and i miss my lady patience. Tatted up, audhd, and buds with lacey and the son of her husband who she is not the mother to. She bandaged him up before he died. She leads the remaining guard at buckkeep to help with rebuilding and humanitarian efforts. She sold all her jewelry, historically a financial escape for women, to help her neglected kingdom. She did employ an 11 y/o to be an ivy-runner but dw about that it only contributes to the theme of child labor and responsibility of the series.

Modern au she’s a tattoo artist/drug dealer/chemistry student who married a woman after her husband died and volunteers/donates to habitats for humanity like a beast

this is in reference to the post i just reblogged but. one thing that fitz doesn’t include in his narration is that the day chivalry died is colloquially known in buckkeep town as the bushpocalypse

Burrich shaving all his hair off in mourning for Chivalry is devastating and lovely except that Fitz makes a point to mention he even shaved off his eyebrows, and then I can't take it seriously. sorry Burrich I know you're going through a rough time but could you not have just kept the eyebrows

edit the other thing to take into consideration is that at any time kettricken both deserves and can be trusted with the gun. but she’s like our reserve here. she COULD be given a gun at any time so stay on your toes.
