Hello 👋 This a quick pinned just in case you've noticed me liking/reblogging and are curious about who I am. I'll definitely make a good-er (??) Intro down the line.

You can call me Fop. I was born in the 80s and have been in fandom spaces since the late 90s, back in the newlsetter/website/forum days. My main interests are:

✨️ Year 24 authors (Yasuko Aoike is my #1)

✨️ BL/Yaoi -- particularly pre 2010s

✨️ Shoujo/Josei, though mostly pre 2000s

✨️ Fandom history, especially pre FF.Net

✨️ Queer history

I'm anxious and easily spooked but also super friendly. I'm not interested in speaking with minors, but it's totally fine to interact with me and leave comments and replies publicly. I just don't want to have private conversations with minors.

I've been absent from social fandom spaces since the end of LJ era, so I'm also slightly bewildered by trying to use new to me social media.
