SPOILERS FOR YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD SPIDER-MAN!!

So watching through more of Your Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and holy shit this show doesn't pull any punches. I'm genuinely surprised by how good each episode gets.

It's no surprise that most Spidey media especially the cartoons will have It's dark moments. But this was feels similar to MTV where there are more mature moments (granted I haven't watch that yet).

But idk just I wasn't expecting Peter to get stabbed and have get almost killed by Scopian of all people. Like yea you don't always need blood and violence to make your show mature and stuff. But you don't see that often in certain media like this.

Other things like seeing other characters have there own story lines and slow builds ups to likely bigger events happening, everything in this show is slowly building up to something.

And yea maybe some of the dialogue doesn't always lands I'm thinking to myself like *would teens today really say stuff like this?* But other times it feels pretty natural. Idk depends on how you feel about that.

I wish I could explain things in a much better way I still haven't even gotten to episode 8 but like wow this was a genuine surprise. I really like this new Spider-Man cartoon.
