It's been a while since my last food post! This was cauliflower chili and it was pretty damn good.

I love salted dark chocolate, but comparing two different brands is a pretty wild experience. You start with one of them and it tastes, as you would expect, like chocolate and salt. But then you switch to the other one, which you have known in the past to also taste totally normal, but all of a sudden it tastes like nothing but coconut?? (It contains no coconut.) And you switch back to the first brand and all of a sudden that one tastes like barbeque sauce. 

Is this the flavor equivalent of that thing where looking at blue long enough will make you see orange afterwards?
