Hey guys!!!! Because I’m aiming to reach a broad Number of ppl I’m trying to touch on everything that has to do with your WELLNESS. since we are spring cleaning this month to get in order for SPRING SEASON, I wanted to invite you to take some time for yourself to actually set some time maybe -15-20’mins a day to REST. I know your like what 15 mins I don’t have the time, but I’m gonna challenge you on that because you’ve been scrolling down that TIMELINE OF YOURS FOR AT LEAST 30 Mins. 😁😂okay so here’s what you can do ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Take the moments you have to RELAX NOT Just REST. BIG HUGe difference the two. Here a few stress relievers to mediate on for your next day and how you will challenge your normal habits to convert them to healthy stress free manageable HABITS 1. Control your reaction to stress. (How are you gonna work through it we know we are gonna have stress duh, but how are you gonna work through . 2. Have picture of things you see your self doing or inspiration so you can easily say no to the negative things you will face. 3. Take baby steps like doing exercise like this will help you day by day achieve a healthier mind frame. 4. Pay attention to your body is your eyeball jumping from that IRRITATING CO WORKER , or your hand jumping from a carpal tunnel issue, notice the problem and ease back down to relieve the stress immediately. IDENTIFY AND REDIRECT I hope this helps someone out there on there way to STRESS-FREE AND MIND OVER MATTER.
