The thought of Omega Max not being used to having any sort of kindness or softness is killing me. He is such a sweetheart and deserves all the love. I just know this would absolute break alpha Charles' heart when he finds out and he'd be completely set on making sure Max has all the gentleness in the world from now on.
I can see previous partners of Max thinking Max is not like other omegas because he's so successful on track and seen as "aggressive" so they assume he doesn't need all the delicate touches other omegas need. Max had just learnt to live with it and assume that was how it was always going to be... and then Charles came along and gave him everything he had been missing out on and he just got so overwhelmed by it all 🥺
