His eyebrows furrowed, glaring at the bounty hunter as he came close. FUCK. There went the loose ropes, wrapping around his body like a burden. He felt the thick binds clench his skin and a curse fell from his lips. Damn the Calypsos and their supposed Cult. A bunch of cowards hiding behind masks of authority. If Tobias didn’t know any better he’d figure them to be nothing more than a couple of baddies looking to make a name for themselves. But they weren’t that. They were risen to the standards of ‘gods’ and worshiped for the power they didn’t deserve. It was a brainwashing religion and Tobias wanted nothing more than to flee from the idea of going anywhere close to them. He didn’t want to be close to the cult. They were bad news.

And he had bad luck. Caught by their supposed shepherd to be sent in for the slaughter. His blue eyes watched the man, a drip of loathing burning his emotions as he struggled against the rope once more. The ex-bandit wasn’t willing to go down without a fight. Any chance of escape he’d take it. A low growl rumbled his throat as he listened to the weak display of a lecture, shaking his head and upon the pat on his back he’d viciously pull away, glaring into Kurt’s eyes. “Fuck off.” Were the only words he spoke, spitting on the ground near Kurt’s boot. “Not willing to be a part of yer stupid ‘family.’”

If their main goal was to put his mind at ease maybe actually changing their clothes would’ve been the better option. Making clothes from thin air was far from normal. “Uh, yeah, sure, mind definitely at ease…” he fades off looking away. Whoever was this dude? And why were they so persistent to try and get on his good side? Not that Tobias minded, someone powerful enough to create clothes from thin air was worth enough to be friends with… and maybe even go on a date with. His head snapped back to the other, a bit bewildered. “What? A date?” He let the words hurriedly fall from full lips. “Erm, I mean you don’t look bad. It’s just. I don’t KNOW ya, like at all. We JUST met.” Electric eyes wandered to the stranger’s own, curiosity filling his emotion. Did they not know society’s common boundaries? Or maybe they did and they were just approaching it from a different view.

He still held onto her, hand gripping her wrist while the other one slid down her neck, wiping the blood further along her tan skin. “Is that so?” He chuckled, electric eyes taking in her expression the way she seemed so relaxed in his arms. It drew his smirk into a smile, revealing bloodied teeth. “Glad to know I can make you as dirty as I like ‘em.” He dips his head down, curving his head along the crook of her neck, smelling the copper of blood and her scent mix. “It looks good on you,” Tobias mumbles daring to press another kiss, teasingly so. His full lips feather against her warm flesh. The temptation strong but he knows it would be going too far. Too close. His mind jolts and before he knows it the bandit pulls back. “Maybe you should get bloody yerself.” The grip he has on her wrist lightens, slowly running down her side where it falls beside him.

“Like to see what ya got up yer sleeve too, ya know?” Tobias muses, the other hand coming to rub against his chin in an attempt to wipe away the blood through to no use. “Though careful, shit stains even skin.” Clearly, Tobias was having a hard time getting the muck off of himself. He knew it wouldn’t be easy to get rid of the blood. A strong cleaning was in store for him. A good dose of water, soap, and disinfectant would work. “Thanks, fer having my back, Del.” He knew she’d be there for him even if he had gotten a little too close to the bandit to her liking. They had to stick together, one without the other was a death wish or a hell of a boring day.
