You know what, fuck chad and fuck samantha. That's literally gaslighting, and sincerely I'm extremely tired of all of this. We all did our own thing, with or without them, but saying that the destiel wedding was against the show integrity, that's so infuriating and wrong. Because, yes this show was about monsters and family bonds and all of this, but it became MORE. Cas in particular made this change possible, and he is CANONICALLY queer and in love with dean. So saying that all the twitter shitshow was against the integrity of the show, that's a slap to the face. Why is it always queer identities that get the short end of the stick, that are left to interpretation, because admitting that queerness is scary for the cis straight white people who run things, why is it always us, the queer fans who basically kept the show running, the ones called delusional and reaching for something that's not there? And you know what, I don't think it will ever change. So write, draw, create like you heart tells you to do. Being queer is beautiful and not something wrong that lessens the moral of an already immoral show.
