âYou know. That might not be such a bad idea if he will just sit still long enough for me to actually do it. He tends to weasel his way out of my office. Very annoying. I just want to do my job but he is a very difficult patient. Makes my own patience wear a little thin.â
âHave you considered placing a loader bot at the door?â
âOn occasion. Iâve also considered a few other alternatives. But I might try the loader bot first and see where that gets me. He really must get himself caught up. Itâs a little sad.â
frederickhowell:
âHe does not like needles. So he refuses to get his shots. And in turn, his medical profile is very sparse and he refuses to let me get him all up to date with even the simplest of examinations. So it makes it seem like Iâm the bad guy and the other medical staff as bad guys cause he is a child. A giant child.â
âTry the Jet injector. It tends to bruise a bit more after the fact, but it tends to be a less frightening alternative for many of my trypanophobic patients.â

@doctor-rook replied to your post ââOh, I wouldnât worry too much about Jack and his opinions about the...â
doctor-rook: "Between you, Nurse Hana, and that damned Robot, I cannot POSSIBLY imagine why he or anyone else might be leary of our Medical staff."

âOh, I wouldnât worry too much about Jack and his opinions about the medical staff on Hyperion. I think he has a rather, well, childish bias towards anything medical.â
helioshero:
â Â believe me, i wanna cooperate and do allâa that great shit all of your â model patients â Â do. Â Â Â but no offenseâ and i mean total offenseâ all of you assholes with your degrees are all the same. Â Â all you wanna do is drug people nâ shit, make everyoneâs life a living hell and you know what everyone else goes along with the goddamn system. Â Â but guess whatâ i sure as hell donât. Â Â so go take the â do no harm â act somewhere else. Â causeâ you and i both know that is absolute bullcrap taâ elpis nâ back. â
Frederik hummed a little bit to himself. There was a nod of his head as he thought something over before turning around and leaving the man be. Well, he wasnât going to be gone for long as he came back to the manâs vicinity with a devent length of rope in hand and a determiend look on his face.
âAll things considered I like to think of myself as one of the doctors that really would rather do good than harm. But you are bringing this upon yourself you stubborn asshole. So now we are going to do this whether you like it or not. All you had to do was come in at least once a year and get caught up but no. Decided to be a child about itâ he replied with just as deteremined of a tone of voice.
frederickhowell:
âThatâs going to be a solid no from me. Iâm not going to stop trying. You are the least medicated part of the Hyperion personnel that is currently on record that I know of thatâs under my care. Unacceptable. Iâm going to get you caught up on your shots and what not or so help me. Or rather so help you because youâre not going to like my next form of methods to get your medical record caught up.â
â over my fucking dead body you are !!   no way in heeeeell.   and you can tell mister tassiter to shove a fat one down his throat because i wouldnât agree to any of his âtermsâ or âconditionsâ even if i was fuckinâ date raped and high.   nooooo way.  told you seven trillion times before, nâ i can tell yaâ the same thing again.  i do not step anywhere near the medical bay and i sure as hell never step anywhere near YOU. â
"Well that is rather disappointing to hear that you still won't do this the easy way. All I ask for is just a little check up and getting caught up with shots but no. Not like I'm going to give you brain surgery. But since you just insist upon being a stubborn Asshole I guess we are doing this the hard way."
frederickhowell:
âWell Iâve got four words for you Jack: Absolutely. You. Fucking. Are.
â youâre worse than that old asswipe that sits in his office all day.  how about you do me a favour and go find someone wlse taâ pick on.   get wasted or something ??  just for the love of hyperion stop frigginâ trying.  nothing you do will EVER make me want to come near you. â

haroldtassiter:
A sneer an a light growl escaped from the elder as he tugged the programmer away from the door and gripped him harshly by the shoulders, making sure he stayed put. Clutching his shoulders, Tassiter made sure to dig his gloves against the acupressure points located there.Â
       â Be still. â
Tilting his head up, Harold made sure to shut the door to the exam room as he shoved John closer towardâs the doctorâs desk. â Likewise, Frederick. You donât- Well.. I did end up scheduling one, Iâm afraid my health isnât the one to be concerned about today, itâs myâŠ. â, he gave a sigh and an eye roll muttering out the words as if his mouth had a mind of itâs own, â.. my sonâs. â Another sigh followed, hoping that Howell would keep his mouth shut on that note, it would be a shame to have him fired out the airlock for such a simple little slip, he was beginning to see this man as an acquaintance, and not many had that privilege.Â
@handsomejackhoney
The minute the doctor walked into the room, Jack decided he did NOT like him at all, and would have happily clung to the doorframe all day if stupid old Tassiter hadnât hit right on the acupressure points, causing the programmer to let go with a yelp, mismatched eyes looking up at the medic in fear when he was shoved close.
At Tassiterâs description, however, he shot an indignant look over his shoulder. âIâm his employee.â

Now that he thought of it he did remember seeing something on his schedule about that. Mustâve slipped his mind for a bit s he went through it in his head. He couldnât recall what the other name on the form as. Something with a âJâ he believed. But he would find out soon enough before it finally came through to him at the mention of a son. Now he didnât know about that though when the other claimed to be an employee, however, that got an even more questioning look between the two men.
Sighing and putting on a smile again he clapped his gloved hands together before making a motion to follow him back to his examination room.
âWell whoever you are to each other doesnât matter much to me. All that maters is that youâre here for a health related reason. Which I would be rather grateful to know so that I know what to do and what to look for with himâ he replied in a rather cheerful voice.
With grunts and grits of teeth the CEO was dragging the programmer by the wrist, frowning. Turning his head back he gave the other a glare, pinching the bridge of his nose.Â
     â John I donât care how much you donât want to do this, weâre going to the medical department and YOUâRE going to behave. â The man tugged him along further, gripping his wrist even tighter to make sure he doesnât slip through his loose, white gloves.Â
  â Besides, heâs the same doctor I go to, so you donât have a thing to worry about, well unless you start misbehaving. â Harold added with a smirk and a hum as he opened the metal door into the department and shoved the younger inside.Â
@handsomejackhoney
Dragging was as literal a term as you could use, the programmer digging his heels in an attempt to pull back. It didnât work, the old man was stronger than he looked.
Heâd been avoiding any medical visits for a while now, since heâd stopped taking the medication, and had no intention of starting up again unless he had to- or if it was Nurse Nina. She only made sure you stopped bleeding, and didnât care about said medication otherwise. The idea of seeing his bossâ doctor wasnât very comforting either, for several reasons.
âI said no!â Jack whined, his free hand reaching out to grab the door frame in protest. âYou canât make me!!â

 A small hum came from the doctor as he worked on a small pile of paper work. Pen gliding across the papers easily and without much worry until he had begun to hear a bit of commotion start to grace his ears from the front of the department. His head lifted up from the papers he was working on to listen. Tilting his head a bit to get a better gauge of who the voices were having no doubt a couple others might have heard the voices ringing through. Having a feeling who they might be the doctor stood up making his way towards the voices.Â
 Standing just in view the tall doctor let out a small snort of amusement as a smile begun to cross the dark features. The sight he was seeing was certainly rather funny as Frederick watch the older man try and drag the struggling younger in. Clasping hands behind his back the doctor approached with a chuckle.Â
 "Mr. Tassiter it's a pleasure to see you again. I see you've brought someone with you today. I don't recall an appointment or anything regarding you at all and judging by the situation I don't think that's the case. I'm assuming you brought him here for a reason yes?" he questioned with a nod towards the man who was gripping the door.
