Sunday Snow and Soup. Perfect together. It is what I affectionately call Refrigerator Soup aka Leftover Soup. Today's is a combination of homemade chicken stock from last week's whole chicken, an onion, some carrots and celery on their last leg and left over stuffed chicken (ricotta, arugula and herbs).
