Had to remix (again) the #food they served me in the #Eurostar train from #Paris to #London . Always start by placing the butter between your legs ( come on, go ahead ...) Then mash the peas and zucchinis in my tea cup along with a drizzle of white white. Let them infuse. Set the red sauce aside, this ll be my ketchup at the end. Tough part, pulled the chicken with a fork, add butter as a cement , mix nicely, and form a patty. Choose the round bread, slice in half. Spread the green tangy winy vegetable paste. Patty on top. Dash of kinda ketchup. Close with upper half of bun. Stick the toothpick in it. A funny #burger instead of a dry platter. Train was full and my neighbors looked at me as if i were a total weirdo ( which i defo am btw) yet at the end i was the one smiling. Haha.

Arrancini are a great dish from Italy but can actually be made all over the globe with many different ingredients. They need a base, usually a leftover ( risotto, rice, barley, bulgur etc... ) then an optional filling ( cheese, mushrooms, ham etc...) and finally a powder ( breadcrumbs, muesli, cornflakes etc...). Take a golf sized ball of base, flatten it roughly, stuff in the filling, fold back, roll in powder, and then pan or deep fry. Those ( pic ) were made with a base of twice-broken rice, a filling of shitake and they were rolled in powdered muesli. #quickmeal #food #arancini #powertothepeople
