being disabled and lgbt is such a horrible curse because you will see the most ableist take on earth online and you're like "oh surely this is some right-wing fascist loser" and then you look at the person who said it and there's pronouns in their bio. and it's like, how did we get here? but the reality is that a lot of abled people (and often disabled people who are intolerant of different disabilities) are just not even willing to confront the idea that they are capable of punching down on other marginalized groups

like i don't know who needs to hear this but you are Not as progressive as you think you are if you're saying stuff like the R slur, "jobless behavior", making fun of nonverbal people, mocking physical differences, using psychotic as an insult, or calling people "lazy" for using disability aids. even if you're gay!

I have seen no one talking about this, I have mixed feelings in regards to some of the narrative choices (mainly seems the director wants to add some thriller aspects to it??). Otherwise I just learned this existed today from a friend.

From what I read, it seems the script is going to focus on separate point of views coming together at the end. Madame Thenadier may be one of them?? That is an interesting choice to me, which I like if I am honest. The cinematography is also nice. I will have to watch it to make up my mind. It comes out in October.

I love when I think of a situation for the character (tm) and then there's a fic that has all of the tropes I love with a happy ending. When this happens I feel as if the writer reached out into the abyss and planted the little thought seed into my head.

We're opposite forces, I love angsty fics with major character death and the characters have a variety of issues. Thank you bbc merlin fandom because they are a gold mine of every trope of fic possible, and they always have the exact specific trope combinations I like. Little Marius/Cosette/Eponine things

Yes Eponine is still a lesbian in this. 

Cosette is in love with Marius and Ep and they are in love with her but not each other. 

When they sat down to discuss this set up Marius and Eponine just looked at eachother and went “good taste” and high fived.

Marius and Eponine are still best friends and there are no awkward feelings which is great.

Eponine and Marius have defininitely slept in the same bed at sleepovers before so whats the difference of putting a small Cosette in between them?

The sheer number of “nice dude so you just get to watch? Thats hot” comments Marius gets did eventually drive him to punching a dude in the face… Cosette and Eponine quietly sipped their shared cocktail and pretended not to see until it was too late.

Cosette often jokes that she is the ultimate bisexual cause she caught “both genders” but also jokes that she needs to reel in a non binary to earn her trophy.
