If I had a nickel for every time a guy in a band comprised of masked & nameless individuals was genuinely shocked when we chatted after a set and I told them the distance that I traveled to see them perform live and they also gave me a gift and/or keepsake for no reason other than being cool and kind I would have ten cents which isn't a lot but it's funny that it happened twice
