I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how, if we’re being honest, valzhang wouldn’t work in the long run because Frank’s made it really clear that Camp Jupiter is his place, and Leo wouldn’t want to live in New Rome (I think he should go back to the mortal world, only really connected to the demigod life because of Festus and never have to give the gods anything else for the rest of time) and I’ve also been listening to the song Never Love an Anchor by the Crane Wives, and the title is taken from the line ‘on some level I think I always understood that a ship could never really love an anchor’ and yeah, that seems fitting
