I am an absolute sucker for stories where the soft, naive girls are protected by the tough stoic bodyguard types only to find out that the tough guys are just emotionally a mess and her kindness and optimism saves their souls.  They are both the knights.  They are both the damsel in distress.  Saving and being saved.

That is the good stuff.

Just finished watching Dune.

I am beyond thrilled with this movie so far. Super faithful to the book and to the aesthetic the series propagated.

After what feels like decades of high budget/low soul blockbusters reeking of corporate interference and decisions made in an investors' boardroom instead of a director's office, it is SO refreshing to see a movie be totally unapologetic in taking its time and embracing how evocatively WEIRD its source material is.

It's not about fitting exact demographics and marketing trends, it's about presenting daring cinematography, complicated stories, and gradual world building without the goal of desperately pleasing EVERYONE.

I'm hoping this takes Hollywood by storm and triggers a paradigm shift. It's been all capes and quips for far, far too long.

Bucky sinks his teeth in a little harder, just to feel the way Tony shakes, then pulls away and grins victoriously as Tony instantly goes limp beneath him.

“Fuck, what a pretty sight,” he growls, pushing himself up on his elbows to better appreciate the curve and arch of Tony’s spine, the way Tony lets out a low whine and has to shift with him as Bucky’s knot tugs at his abused rim. “Damn,” Bucky can’t help saying again, because damn.

Tony is practically glowing, skin slicked with sweat and strong muscles in his back flexing as he pants for breath, teeth marks dotted all along his shoulders in varying shades of reds and blues. “Alpha,” he whines, practically a sob, rubs his forehead against the sheets despite the way they’re soaked through with sweat and come, “Bucky, please-“

And fuck, the entire room smells like them, thick and heady and Bucky knows they should really air the place out if they want to calm down, can’t spend the whole day in bed again. He can’t just stay here, watching the way Tony’s swollen rim stretches so tight when Bucky leans back just a little further, the way Tony arches up a little harder and clenches around him. Except Bucky doesn’t want to calm down, doesn’t want to leave their bed, what he wants is-

“Wanna make sure everyone knows you’re mine,” Bucky snarls and leans down to let Tony go flat and limp again. He traces his lips over the bonding gland on Tony’s neck, already swollen with fresh teeth marks over the healed scar, every bit of it screaming Bucky. He growls, low and possessive, and the way Tony shudders has Bucky rolling his hips forward again, groaning out “all mine, my omega, gonna make sure everyone knows it. Anyone so much as looks at you ‘s gonna know who ya belong to, gonna fuckin’ smell me on you for days-“

“Pretty sure, fuck- everyone already knows that,” Tony laughs out around sharp moans as Bucky works his hips in small circles, teasing his swollen knot against Tony’s poor abused rim until he’s nearly sobbing. “Fuck, god honey I am already covered in you just- just fuck me- ah!”

Bucky sinks his teeth into the curve of Tony’s throat again, grinds into him hard as Tony wails and writhes against him.

Here’s an interesting thing about French! Everything needs to have an article in front of it. That’s why it’s “la chat” as opposed to just “chat”. So, for instance, you could say la fille for the girl, or jeune fille for young girl, but you can’t just say fille, because that means you are calling her a sex worker in a derogatory way.

The moral of the story is, if you want to make something rude in French, just take out the article in front of it. Yes, this works for nearly. every. word.

Like it's the first and last time it happens. Even on Tumblr there was this long post where people were showing what Beemoov stole and "implemented" into MCL and Eldarya. And what happened? Absolutely nothing. They just keep on doing their thing, while I know a few people who were disqualified from some contests on forum because some poses or characters looked similar to something or someone and it was marked as plagiarism.

Like idc if he didn't share the fact the Winter Soldier killed Tony's parents, but he could've been decent enough to tell Tony that Hydra had a hand in their deaths. That would at least mean Steve wasn't a total liar(a hypocrite)! Smh....

Who the fuck can say that Rogers didn't know that it was Winter Soldier who killed Starks? The fact that he knew is pretty obvious and I don't know how somebody could miss that. When he watches the video of their deaths, he doesn't even flinch. He doesn't look moved at all, like he already saw it before. And if I remember correctly, when Tony asks him if he knew, he explicitly says "Yes". And I think that this fact is the worst - one time he has the audacity to complain that his teammates don't tell him things, and then he hides the fact that he knew that Starks' deaths were not an accident, but murder, orchestrated by Hydra and done by Winter Soldier.
