U.S. Army Chaplains’ Memorial For God and Country
Dear Father Pomposello,---- I will be grateful for your prayers re: worrisome situations. My friend recently gave me an older used car because my car stopped being safe to drive as of June 2014. I'm having trouble getting the insurance for it put through due to a previous door accident it had. Secondly, I am experiencing darkness and cunning maliciousness of Satan in my employment, by a coworker who is one of the meanest people I've ever met. My name isVeronica
God bless you Veronica. I'm sorry I don't get a chance to check these messages often. My rosary this evening is for you. I hope things are getting better
Father, what should I do? I'm always doubting my religion. Me being a Roman Catholic. I mean, I would want to convert and be a born-again Christian. I just want someone to enlighten me. Thank you, Father.
God bless you for searching to know God more and more in spite of your struggles. I can't encourage you enough to dive into the richness of our Roman Catholic faith by getting to confession and receiving the Eucharist each Sunday. I know, from experience, that your struggles will turn around. Your desire to "convert" will be more than satisfied through the sacrament of confession and the Eucharist. Leaving our faith to become "born again" means leaving the sacraments behind. The sacraments are our greatest connection to Jesus and the Church. To leave that behind would be a real loss for you and for all the Catholic Church. Your faith builds up the Catholic Church which is to say, your faith, no matter how small, no matter your struggles, builds-up the Body of Christ. Living the sacramental life faithfully is truly the way to be "born again." I encourage you to find a priest and have a face to face conversation about your difficulties. Know that you're in my prayers.--FP

Happy Veterans' Day! This thought is from a friend and fellow vet: Every soldier, marine, sailor or airman once gave a blank check payable to "The People of the United States of America" for an undetermined amount up to and including the service member's own life. I thank God to have an account to be able to write that check. I'm just a cosigner. Jesus is the guarantor.

Prayers and Praise to Almighty God and The Great State of Louisiana for upholding the dignity of marriage!
Louisiana is showing their true colors, worthy of the Christian images of their flag and their football team.
