Disney Movies

Why do disney movies make me so fucking emotional good lord

You know that feeling when you’re trying to catch a bus? You’re running toward it, trying to get there fast enough so that the driver sees you, and they start driving away. You keep running, hoping they’ll see you, but you know that they’re getting too far away and you start slowing down. Your feet stomp on the ground with the force of stopping your momentum and defeat weighs down your shoulders. That’s how I feel right now. Nothing vehicle related, of course.

String of OCD

I have this weird thing with my ocd that happens when I walk around or turn over. It’s like I imagine a string attached to my body and it follows me wherever I go. The thing is, when I go around something more than once or turn around, it wraps around say, a table, or myself. Sometimes I’ll start going in the opposite direction to ‘unwind’ it. If I turn around too many times, I have to turn in the opposite direction to unwind it again or else I feel as if it tightens around me and I’ll feel as if I’m having trouble breathing. This also happens when I turn over in bed or how I get out/into bed, or when I do certain movements with my hands or legs. Does anyone else experience this?

College and COVID-19

Attending college with the pandemic going around is a very odd experience. It’s easier to not do schoolwork and stress about it the entire time. It’s weird because I can’t quite connect with people the same while wearing a mask and social distancing. It’s not quite up to par with the regular college experience and I’m hoping that by next semester everything will be a bit more normal.
