Happy Republic day! Hope everyone had a great mid week break with a sleep in and yummy food ! Always love to find yummy food haunts which become staples whenever I visit Goa - this time a Mexican inspired food truck cemented itself in our MUST EAT WHEN IN GOA list. 'Anojito's' has been around for 6 years now and can be found opposite 'vasant vihar' (LOL) in Miramar - it's easily located on Google maps and i have to say, they were SUPER DUPER kind And coordinated an order pick up when we knew we were going to reach at 10pm (when they shut) in our defence we were heading there STRAIGHT from the airport... The first time we went there, we opted for take away and there was NO chance of any photographs - the burgers were so good we INHALED it once we were home. OBVIOUSLY i HAD TO go back and get some decent pictures to share with the world. What we ordered and i also recommend - The tres amigos burger The BLT Beef tacos In the picture. : The B F.B. AKA the messy burger - bacon, beef chilly, double tenderloin patty and a frankurter to boot! #getinmymouth 10/10 would highly recommend. After two weeks of shooting with rigid guidelines that we had to stick to - it was so freeing to just style instinctively to create an image with no restrictions or overthinking ! I'm partial to super zoomed-in crops of photos that i have worked on - only because you get to focus on the main hero in AAAAALL it's glory! Been DYYYYYING to share pictures from this shoot we did way back last year! The challenge was to make sure to differentiate the different burger buns! All those yummy burger patties had to be made from scratch and quite a bit of r&d went into what finally got used on the day of the shoot! Here we have the Atta burger bun - which had to be healthy so I came up with a chickpea and spinach burger patty with a hung curd sauce and arugular leaf salad - come to think of it, maybe I should have put some cheeky onions in there as well :P What sort of burger would you make??
