Maybe this makes me sound like an asshole but I hate rehashing the same complaints someone makes all the time. Like I listen intently and with empathy, I encourage and give advice, they do none of that, and the cycle continues. Like I get so tired of having the same conversation over and over again. Especially when they're complaining about fucked up shit that is fixable but they're not brave enough to speak up and advocate for themselves. Like I can build you up all you need but emotionally don't put me through this same exhaustion every time we speak. I leave fucking angry and I don't want to be.
