This is interesting. It looks like they cut a hole in the ceiling to install the pink spiral stairs.

More than likely, this was a 2 family that was reimagined. Walls were taken down, news ones put up, and unfortunately fireplaces were removed.

The 2 former living rooms are now an open concept living/dining combo.

Oh, yay! They put up new walls, but kept this original fireplace. They even made a new facade for it and made a cute little room.

The kitchen is all new.

I like it. They even left some of the shiplap walls.

Oh, look, there's another original fireplace in the main floor bedroom. Wow, look at how old the brick is. This is lovely.

Brand new shower room. Very nice.

The pink stairs lead up to the 2nd bedroom.

Pretty bedroom up here, and it has the old brick chimney, too.

Plus, it has a very nice ensuite.
