In case this hasn’t come up in your tofu journey yet, my favourite way to make delicious crispy tofu:

Dice tofu,

put in tupperware container,

add enough starch to cover tofu (and however much salt you’d like),

shake container until tofu is covered,

fry tofu in sone oil.
