• instead of passing by, jinwoo guided you inside which made you look at him
• sensing your gaze he looked back at you and gave a knowing smile "your lipstick is running out, you should get a new one, as well as some other things for stock"
• you were a bit stunned, you didn't know he was paying that much attention
• anyway as you two go around, he was carrying the basket when both of you stopped at the lip section
• lipsticks, lip balms, lip tint, lip gloss and lots of other things
• of course you grabbed the ones you use everyday when he asked if you wanna try the new ones that the shop had
• and so you look through each one, grabbed one of the lipstick sample that is close to the shade you always get yet not quite
• jinwoo took notice of it immediately and extended his hand that wasn't carrying the basket
• "you can try it on me" he simply said when you gave a confused look
• he knew those samples were tried by many, some trying it on their lips, while some on their hands
• his observation before definitely comes in clutch when he was dragged to these type of shopping quite a few times by his sister
• he just simply cant let you do the same since it will dirty you, i mean who knows right? there could be a bacteria or something - new level of protectiveness unlocked
• anyway back to you, you smiled at his gesture knowing the intention behind it
• and so you swiped the lipstick on his hand and a few others that caught your eye
• in the end, all is bought, all the shades that was tried on his hand
• his hand looks like that of a painter that tried different colors with their brush, except the painter is you and he is the canvas
• those lipsticks ended up leaving some marks when you kiss him, and he never wipes it off, its stays on like that until it fades on its own
Liu Zhigang:
• one of your stops is the cosmetic shop you frequent to when you run out on your products
• liu carried the basket while walking beside you
• you were looking at the things around you while liu grab the products he knew you use that was nearby at the moment
• when you turned to look at him, wanting to show him something that you wanted to try, you noticed the products that was already in the basket that you certainly did not put in there
• you glanced up at him again
• "how'd you-" "i watch you do your routines remember?"
• "so go look around for their new things, I'll handle the ones you need" he added, already taking the things you were holding "new face mask?"
• you were speechless for a moment, suddenly unable to process how you were able to pull a man like him before shaking your head and getting back to reality
• "yeah! should we try them on later?" you asked, you knew liu loves skincare and suggested if he wanted to try something new with you
• "of course" he put in onto the basket
• when you stopped at the lip section, liu just finished going around to get the products you use daily
• "ah yes, you're also running out on your lippies" he glance at you as if he didn't just say "lippies" confidently
• you nodded, even this, bro is like downloading your vocabulary, or maybe he already did
• he took the ones you use, like the lip balm and lip gloss you use on a daily basis, as well as the lipstick you put on when you go out
• all the while you look through the others
• when you pick out a different lippie from the ones you usually use, liu offered his hand when he noticed you were about to test it out on your own
• you gave a glance over at him before smiling to yourself and testing it on his hand
• you didn't know if its because he wanted to help you out or because he knew that once its bought, its gonna end up on his cheeks due to how much you like giving him kisses there, which he proudly shows off

it was during practice laps and charles was on the track. meanwhile you are at one of the empty stands, watching. it has been a while since you sat at one of these and because he suggested for you to do so since he said he wanna show you something.
and alas, it was during his last lap that you noticed him do a drift. he did it quite a few times until you saw a shape forming...a heart.

but once he got there, you weren't at the seat anymore. he tried to ignore the immediate disappointment he felt. he expected to see you here because he didn't anticipate that you would leave so soon, after all, the time of your practice is still at a later time. (which can only be the reason you left since you mentioned earlier that you have nothing else to do other than that)
he started to overthink, his mind going on a overdrive, spiralling fast just like his performance on track a moment ago. his head turned down, shoulders slumping in defeat even though he haven't even got a clear answer yet. but before he gets too deep in his head, he heard a familiar sound of engine coming.
he perked up, and looked at the track and sure enough he saw your car. he thought you would just pass by the heart he made and...you did. his heart clenched on his chest, but it disappeared as fast as it came when he saw you do a drift right next to his.
you made a heart next to his own and in just a second, a smile crept up to his face, all the negative thoughts from earlier, diminished. he felt light, like a weight lifted off his shoulders. all tension he felt disappeared, and he let out a sigh of relief...you reciprocated it.
he never felt so much happiness till this moment.

i'm listening to Gorepig — Father Hog as i'm typing this, but
hear me out on a reader who sings lots of heavy metal , deathcore and vkei music. they have songs ranging from mild to HEAVY. but they're normally really sweet as a person and have quite a soft voice when not not shredding their voice behind the mic.
imagine Jinwoo finding out about their band and songs. he's sitting in the practice room to just sit and chill and be there for reader and they let out noises Jinwoo swore he would only hear in gates / dungeons. they're reaching highs and lows with the screams, noises he never thought a mere human could make. their voice even startled a few of his shadows LMAO
Jinwoo: are your... vocal cords okay?
Reader: yeah! a little worn out, but completely fine otherwise, why?

You placed your bag on your lap "So this is my everyday bag" you said as you hold it up before placing it down again. "I have a collection of bags, because i'd like to pair them with the outfits I wear in events, etc. but this right here..." you point at your bag "is the one for me, my dream bag, perfect for everything that I need" you made a chef's kiss sign.
Then you turned to look at Charles as he puts his bag on the table in front of you guys.
"And this is mine, if I do bring a bag or I need one, this is what I use everywhere and anywhere" he chuckles as you shake your head in amusement.

"And this, oh my gosh, I could not live without this" you said as you pulled out your portable fan. "This always goes with me everywhere...like I travel a lot, it could be any country with different seasons, and I..." you hold out the fan, gesturing it with your other hand "always have this on my bag, and I make sure its always charge, because you never know when you'll need it"
"Even if its winter?" Charles asked.
"ESPECIALLY in winter" you said before laughing. "I'm kidding, but yes, even if its winter" you state.
"Actually now that I think about it" you glance at the camera then to Charles. "While I was hanging out with a couple of friends during winter break, one of my friends saw my fan and she was like..." you try imitating your friend ""is this a portable heater fan?"" you couldn't help but chuckle as you remember that conversation like it was yesterday. "To be fair though my fan is from a different brand that wasn't on the country she was in, so she's probably not used to seeing mine and got confused" you cleared up.
"Do you have one though? Charles asked, like genuinely curious.
"No!" you burst out laughing.
"Wait so is it an actual product or...?"
"Now that I think about it..." you thought for a second, looked at him and shake your head. "I actually have no idea...I will do my research later. If there isn't though..." you turned to the camera and made the 🙏 sign. "Someone make it please, like it'd be so cool. Imagine having a fan for summer and a portable heater fan for winter that you can just bring everywhere. I'd be solved for life" you declared.
"Yes please!" Charles exclaimed, agreeing as he copied your 🙏 sign.

"For the next thing that I have" you said as you looked over the things inside, and held the item you would be showing next but didn't pull it out yet. "I actually change this quite often, the longest is a week before I replace it with another" you looked at the camera smiling, then at Charles.
"Can you guess it?" you asked him.
"Challenge accepted, I'm literally your teammate, I know this" he glance at the camera, as it was zoomed in towards him, capturing how he was thinking about it carefully. "Longest is a week...before replacing it..." he mumbles as if trying to solve a riddle. He remain like that for a few seconds before the light bulb inside his head lit up. "Ah!" he exclaimed as he snapped his fingers, he looked at you immediately and spoke his answer confidently "A book!"
"Bingo!" you said as you finally pulled it out of your bag and showed the current book you have.
"YES I knew it"
You smiled as you see him looking so happy for getting the answer right.
You face the camera again. "Since I'm into thrillers and mysteries at the moment, I got this book recently and plan on reading it once I have the time. I also heard this one is good" you said as you hold it out before placing it down at the table.
"Anyway since I read and I'm always outside. I get tons of ideas and that's why..." you took out the next items, your notebook and pen. "I write them here, I actually planned for this to be my journal but ever since I wrote an idea here for my writings...it became something else" you smiled.
"Wait since you write...do you publish it? Or have you?" he asked, looking very interested.
"I had publish them...somewhere in the internet, and that's for me to know..." you looked at him. "and for you to hopefully not find out"
"What?? NOOO pleaseee tell meee, I wanna read them" he gave you his best puppy eyes.
"I'll think about it"
"Oh cmooon, I told you my spotify account when you asked the first time" a pout almost forming in his face.
"You let me think about it or I won't even consider it"
He let out a defeated sigh. "Then please keep me in your mind, and take as much time as you need to think"
You rolled your eyes playfully before shifting the topic. "Speaking of hobbies, what hobbies do you always bring with you?"
"Well I have one, because my other hobbies cannot be brought anywhere easily much less fit in my bag such as my piano"
He went through his bag before taking out his camera. "I've been fond of taking pictures, so here we are" he said as he turned on the camera, and then snapped a picture of you.
"Ah" you were caught off guard, not expecting him to take a photo of you.
He looked at the picture he just took and and proudly showed it off to you and to the cameras as they zoomed it in.
"Why didn't you warn me?" you playfully hit him on the shoulder.
"What? You look good no matter what, you're very much photogenic"
Before you can say anything, one of the staff from behind the cameras asked "Charles can you show us some of the latest pictures you've taken on the camera?"
"Yes, of course" he says smiling, as he showed his camera's screen to the camera recording at his side, he showed a couple of pictures he'd taken recently, and there was this soft smile on his face as he looked back at those moments.
"Can I see?" you asked, curiously.
"Nope" he answered, looking at you with a grin, not even hesitating.
"Why not?"
"That's what you get for not telling me where you post your stories"
"You do know I can just watch this video once they posted it right?"
"...oh" his smile dropped as if he just realized it now.
(p.s later on when you watched the video, it was actually candid photos of you that he took from your recent race week together)

Throughout the video, you seem to always pull out some random snacks from your bag, like you're just discovering them.
When you took out another one of your snacks. Charles also pulled out a snack from his own bag, a ridiculously big bag of chips.
You looked at him, then at the camera, your face saying something like "are you seeing this?" without needing to word it out. Then you looked back at him, flabbergasted. "Why do you have such a big bag of chips? I mean I know you like it but NOT quite like that" you gestured at the item he was holding out proudly.
"You're not one to talk, you have a bunch of snacks on your bag that you're also just now discovering" he countered.
"Touché" you said as you shrugged.
"And also this is my emotional support comfort food" he added.

Charles took out another item from his bag and out of all the things you thought it would be, you didn't expect to see one of the tools from the garage. Specifically a mechanics tool.
You looked at him dumbfounded. "...why do you have that?"
Charles looked at the (item) as if confused as well before it looked like it finally clicked to him.
"Ohh! I was playing with this earlier while we were at the garage, i must have accidentally put this on my bag instead of putting it back to where it was" he says as he looks at you and the camera sheepishly.
"Why were you playing with that in the first place?"
"Its interesting"

"And my ipad!" He pulled it out and opened it.
"Me and (name) usually use this to watch movies, shows, and other sports between our breaks" he explains as he looked over the things they recently watched.
You also leaned over and looked at the screen where it displayed the history. "Charles actually convinced me once to watch football/soccer, and during that time, he fell asleep" you said as you looked at the camera then back at him "the audacity to leave my ahh behind"
Charles burst out laughing before giving you a pointed look.
"Is that why you filmed me sleeping and the team posted it on tiktok??"
"Yes" you glance at the camera and gave a smirk. "That's the context behind that video y'all" Now it was your time to laugh. Charles wanted to keep the disbelief look but seeing and hearing you laugh was enough to make him laugh too.

"My favorite item is next" he took out a glasses case and opened it, revealing his sunglasses. "There's a story behind this too actually" Charles glanced at you and smiles before looking at the camera. "Me and (name) were at this mall because I was accompanying her to buy some necessities before going at the paddock for practice"
"And I said I needed a new pair of sunglasses" you continued.
"Yes, so when we were on our way, I was taking off my own sunglasses and it snapped" he explains as he tried showing what happened by acting it out using his hands which made you laugh.
"Which is perfect timing for him to replace it" you said as you pat his shoulder.
"I'm still sad about it though but I'm happy because we bought a matching one" he says as he showed off his new sunglasses before he looks at you "Did you bring yours?"
You looked inside your bag and pulled out your own case and took out the sunglasses inside "Yep, its either inside my bag or im wearing it"
The cameras zoomed in at the two items, capturing the design and the style which is similar to each other. Not to mention the initials at the side. Clearly it was made customized.

"So that's it for us, maybe you guys learned a new thing or two on our daily lives based on our things in the bag even though it doesn't involve much about our job" Charles says as he smiles.
You chuckled before speaking "Hope you guys enjoyed it"

"This was actually great, we just took out all our items from our bag so we can organize it now" you said as you started putting back your things inside carefully. Because earlier looking back at the state of your things inside the bag is...a mess, all mixed up due to constant travelling and not having much time to organize them.
"Killing two birds with one stone, they say" Charles states making the two of you laugh.

Sooo...i tried smth different from how i usually write fics
It isnt a headcanon nor is it about solo leveling (which i've been posting about for quite a while now but dont worry im still gonna post headcanons, i've got a few stocks)
But i've tried writing for a new fandom which is f1 and i've wrote smth about one of the drivers...charles leclerc specifically
