That being said, he's still panicking over Vivia getting caught.

"Hiding Vivia for as long as I did and he got caught?!"

He might still be in hiding from the Peacekeepers, but it's been a good bit, so he can come out from hiding for now, right?

He leaves a small box of chocolate on @fuzzhead-detective's desk.. Attached to it is a note. A bit late for Valentine's day.... But hopefully, this will get his feelings across

"Huh? What's this. . . valentine's day chocolate, huh?"

He's not used to getting chocolate after all these years, so it's not a prank, right? He appreciates the gesture though and he does like his chocolate for the occasion! He's just going to look through the note...this writing feels very familiar, and he's doing a side glance at the certain detective in the fireplace.

"Hey, Vivia. Did you see who brought this here?"

He might be on the run from the peackeepers. Don't worry about it. He's worrying about it, but that's not relevant.

uh hi. so i know i haven't been active lately but my rabbit is dealing with something serious and i don't really have time to focus on writing because i need to make sure he recovers from his condition so i'll be on hiatus until things get better. i'll be active on discord if anybody needs anything from me. i'll leave it under the read more thank you for understanding.

"Maybe don't mention his mistress next time?!" Yakou really just doesn't want that brought back up. It was already stressful enough as is when it even happened...but it being quiet for once is nice.

Honestly, he could care less if Yomi gets bitches or not. It was more of a distraction if anything. "I needed a distraction to hide in the crowd and get away."

"He's just mad I had a plan and I outsmarted him."

"Yet who's the one who's in hiding for what he said to them now?"

He's not disagreeing with him though, but if it wasn't for that, he wouldn't have to be in hiding right now. It's already hard being a detective as is in Kanai Ward..

Hopefully the other detective who is totally not hiding somewhere went back to hiding. Yakou's nervous laughing is really obvious though..

"It's just been awhile since you've came by, so I figured everything was all said and done!"

"AHH THE PEACEKEEPER LEADER IS BACK!"

"Well that was last year! It's been fine now...right?"

It's literally 3/4 days into the new year, It's not fine yet....probably.

"Debateable. I've been in hiding for two weeks. You bruise one guy's ego and he sends an entire police task force on me. Talk about cowardly." At least things are quiet now....
