Weight loss update

4/6/13 92kg Blood pressure 112/70 (last doctor visit was 130/90 so officially out of the high clood pressure range! ) If I get down to 90kg the doc said I won't be classified as 'obese' anymore, just overweight (lol small victory I guess) Weight loss to date.. 28kg :) fuck yeah Oh and I signed up for tough mudder today, how much has changed since this time last year ♥

I just added it all to a wok with some beef strips and then put a jar of blackbean sauce in. Cooked for 10-15 and it was done :)

Weigh in 29/5/13

92.5kg Slowly getting there! My aim is to get into the 80's (which I haven't seen in yeeeears) in the next month. My aim is also to get to 85 by tough mudder (sep 15th in Melbourne). Love setting goals! Ps. I have now lost 27kg sincr starting this journey in October 2012 :)
