I will be the first to admit that I’m currently dealing with serval of the burnouts above. In my case sometimes it’s had to decipher if they’re side effects from #cancer treatments (80% sure that’s the case) life events or both. The first step in being able to fix them is realizing that the issues are actually there, then figuring out what they are, what’s triggering them and addressing those issues. I find doing things like working out, hot yoga, Pilates, drinking tea, meditation, alone time, silent time with no television or phone, juicing & taking baths really helps me.
