Yesterday I had a late night gym session and practically had the whole gym to my-self. There literally is no better feeling. Anywho, I trained back and biceps last night. Normally I start my workout with deadlifts which is my main lift on back day, then Iāll follow that up with some rows and lat-pull downs.
