People who make a big stink about piracy are honestly lesser in my eyes. You think LAWS should be the determining factor on if something is moral, and would happily let the world be erased if someone said it is the law.

Laws are MEANT TO BE an agreement on what is moral, but they can be put in place through means that do not benefit society. Be it through a healthy dose of bribery, authoritarianism or simply oversight of loopholes.
