Jesus christ what a load. This is some "we're sorry you were offended" garbage. They're not changing anything about what they planned other than delaying it and they genuinely think the problem is they just didn't explain it good enough.

They still intend to have automatic processes determining your age.

They still intend to have you provide identification if you are determined to be a minor.

And they have the nerve to tell you they're doing it because it'll be "better" than what is being proposed in the UK.
