I just realized that Tagah's appearance is just Zaheer on a different font.

Oh, and Tagah will smoke Zaheer in a fight 100%. Zaheer was running away from Tenzin 1-on-1 but Tagah smoked Katara, Toph, Zuko and Sokka in one sitting then beat Aang up for dessert. Goes to show how powerful airbending is if the user got the morals of a hyena. The avatar universe is lucky that they're pacifist monks.
