OK i got really apathetic today and i just did this sketch in the last 30 minutes before my sleeping time...  i decided not to follow the prompt today and follow my NATURAL INSTINCTS OF SHITPOSTING!!! so basically that’s garnet and pearl taking selfie but we all know how garnet can admire herself sometimes + all this height difference makes me feel really emotional. i love couples with a huge height difference sdsdsdjkjh!!!! also i’d like to say thanks a lot to @pearlnet for making this week happen. i’ve been too lazy lately and that’s a great motivation for me

(pearl is not going to drink the champagne. i mean, she has a point — of having no digestive system in her body.) OHHH damn i actually did it (maybe i didn’t, tho, i managed to shut down my DESKTOP accidentally while i was drawing it, my tablet drivers broke down so i had to google firework pics and paste it liKE th a t. also i have a headache now.) (i hope it’s already 16th of july in whatever time zones you guys live in) this is an artwork for pearlnet week day 1! new year’s my favourite holiday, so i had to draw them that way (that’s their maximum capacity looks! yes, i forgot to draw the diamonds (i just didn’t really want to.) on pearl’s sweater) not to mention that this is my first time drawing something like this without lining and it was really fun and hard to try!  (why are my posts longer than my fics.....)

well, someday i’ll learn to draw cool vector lining, but it’s surely not today i’m not satisfied but i want to show that anyway, i like the colours and they resemble my eyeshadow i ordered recently!!!

that’s one of my most developed ocs, Ruta (ok, that literally means “rue” in Russian and i’m not quite sure if i should translate it or whatever) and she’s a qt!! that’s one of my favourite ocs ever (yes that indeed is a King Crimson reference, i really love that song)

synopsis: distant future. a society of humanoid chemical elements prospers, its technologies are developing at the speed of light, allowing people to teleport and time travel. the rarest element, fluorine, comes to life - but, instead of praising the messiah, people treat fluorine like a huge defect. eventually, a plan comes across her mind. (i’m so sorry english isn’t even my native language oh god)
