So there's two "guys" that are friends. A is a weird bisexual man, B is a heterosexual man with a foot fetish.
A has a history of teasing B for his foot fetish, saying things like "I'm fine with any fetish, except for feet". General good-natured ribbing of the kind friends often do.
B needs A to send him something in the mail. A does, but decides to play a fun prank: A takes a photo of his feet with something like "With love, from A!" written on them, and includes it in the package. B gets it and is generally like "OH YOU".
Now here's the thing: B is very heterosexual, at least with regards to his foot-fetish preferences. He has a clearly stated "female feet only" preference. So the photo of A's feet shouldn't have been at all erotic to him.
And the final complication: Several years after this happens, A transitions, and is now a trans woman. So her feet are now female feet, even if there's no way to tell that from looking at them.

A right-handed co-worker told me once that I put the papers in the plastic sleeve upside-down. I joked that from my perspective, she's the one putting them upside-down and she just didn't get it and started arguing with me.
I had to physically demonstrate to her that the papers are right-side up when you hold the sleeve so that the opening is on the left.
