can my irls stop asking me if im autistic please like literally nothing against autistic ppl its just that i dont have a diagnosis and even tho my therapist thinks im somewhere on the spectrum whenever i do my rediagnosis for ADHD/ anxiety and depression ive brought it up before and the psychologist is always like no you cant be autistic you make eye contact perfectly fine and i hate havinf to go into the whole spheel bc like ultimately i am not diagnosed so no but whenever i say just no ppl r like r u sure then im like no im not sure its complicated leave me alone and im not gonna say i have autism if im not diagnosed bc im not comfortable self diagnosing 😭😭😭
