Hi. I actually have a really fun idea for the Visitorune equivalent of the Chapter 5 festival. Like, maybe in Visitorune, it's instead a house party happening in one of the apartments that was planned before the events of Visitorune happened, but even though the apocalypse is happening, people are like "Hey, it's not like you can't have fun or something." And Kris ends up encountering different characters they've met during their time exploring the apartment building, with there being interactions between characters that don't normally interact. And depending on what Kris did by that point, they get different responses and interactions with characters.

Ohhh I love this, actually it's a perfect excuse to get Asgore in the building since he usually lives above his flower shop. Flowery/Florian lives on the apartment's 5th floor and throws a floor-wide house party, inviting Asgore and the other flower club members as a way of getting him back into socializing and out of his conspiracy attic. But then, apocalypse hits and Florian's plants go way out of control, taking over the whole floor and blocking access until Chapter 5 is ready to start.

Different apartments could capture different parts of Chapter 5 - the festival proper, the garden, the cliffs, and Florian's home is the castle. Florian's desperately trying to show Gorey a great time so he'll stop obsessing over the past, and maybe, move in with him...?

And meanwhile a bunch of other residents flood the floor just trying to de-stress lol
